It might be a little embarrassing that it was my first AC game ever, but I really think that City Folk was a great game! It was incredibly close to New Leaf with NL having a few more updates and things you can do! I used to play CF with my mom, sister, and stepdad. We would all have a house and we would live in our town. It was a fun thing to do with the family. Now I live far from home with a cool roommate (who also plays AC) so I brought City Folk with me. We don't really play it because New Leaf is better but hey, it's nice to just know it's there! I'm pretty sure we might have all of the AC games though, here. At least the ones released in America. Sorry for my rant... I just noticed this place was empty and wanted to maybe start something!

City Folk is a great Animal Crossing game. I remember thinking that going to the city was super cool. It was awesome to see so many different villagers.

Yeah, the city was the best!! You could always see something new there.. Speaking of, I'm working on that dang department store in New Leaf.. Haha. It's taking forever but I only passed Gracie's inspection twice.

Yeah, the Gracie thing also took me a while, but it was sort of fun to wear weird outfits. I always think of this comic. Oh, and I also love City Folk because it introduced Kicks, my favorite non-villager character. Being able to change the color of my shoes for the first time was so cool, even if it's standard now.

Hahaha that's the best! So true though. I always get scared she's gonna tell me no Luke I'm not fashionable enough for her!

I loved the city idea, ecspecially the auction house. Too bad i never really had enough ac friends who actually used the feature XD If you like CF then you should play the original gamecube one! It's like city folk but more dialogue from the villagers.

Haha. I got CF, then WW, then New Leaf. My 10 year old niece actually had NL before me and I was soooooooo jealous I was so tempted to ask her if I could borrow it. But when I upgraded to a 3ds xl I just bought the game.

CF was my second game, but is probably the one I have the most cherished memories of. I used to play it for some hours once a month with two friends who live rather far away. It was a lot of fun listening to K.K., exploring everyones' towns and the changes they had made since the last time. I remember we'd make K.K. play songs until everyone of us had taken a nice photo from the event. Back then, if you had no SD card, you could make a picture, send it to your Wii's mailbox and then e-mail it to yourself... that's what I did. I still have all the pictures saved on my hard drive. cx
