Inquiring minds want to know. Do you consider Memes art? Like art that could hang in a gallery, and be like...critiqued and reviewed...art. Fine art if you will.

I think you could consider memes to be a form of art. That's not to say all art is equal, but I personally think they at least qualify.

I think it's more photo manipulation than art xD It's definitely not fine art, could be considered graphic design
