Max camper size?

So my upstairs is as big as my expanded downstairs now and I have 50k left to pay off. What happens after I pay it all off? And why do some campers have like an overlay arch outside on the top? Does the top floor eventually become bigger than the bottom floor?

Hey Branch, did you do this? If so what happened?

I paid the 50k, and it expanded the ground floor by 1 or 2 rows I think. Top floor was left unchanged. Next loan is 100k!

Just found out it goes all the way up to 200k lol at this point the interior is bigger than the exterior and is theoretically impossible
